Arumanai is an urban town situated at Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. Prominent places of this town are Bhagavathy Amman Temple, Dharma Sastha Kavu Temple, CSI Church, Kumpacode Sree Krishna Swamy Temple and RC Church.


Arumanai is located at 8.368511, 77.239552 or 8°22'06.6"N 77°14'22.4"E. Nagercoil is about 31 km South East of Arumanai when taking the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway. Kanyakumari is about 53.4 Km to the South East of Arumanai when taking the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway. Marthandam is situated on the South West of this place and is about 10 km when taking the North Street and Melpuram-Arumanai Road and 10.6 km when taking the SH 3. Kokkanchi, Anducode, Malaicode, Manjalumoodu, Tiruparapu and Thiruvarambu are the towns/villages near here.
